土曜日の11時過ぎ、いつもなら証券関係のサラリーマンがランチに動き出す時間帯の茅場町
地下鉄茅場町駅4番出口からすぐ
霊岸橋たもとの路麺店
外の自販機でかき揚げそばと春菊天のトッピングをポチッと、550円也
店内に入りカウンターのワンオペの大将にチケットを渡す、先客様1名様
お客さんの少ない時は、注文が入ってからお蕎麦を茹でる、天ぷらも2度揚げで熱々を提供
お蕎麦は生麺、角のない丸めの断面のお蕎麦でちょいと細い、コシ有り、ノド越し良しで美味しい
なんと言ってもお出汁の効いたお汁が美味しい
そして揚げたての天ぷらが、お汁と一緒にジューっと音をたてている
かき揚げ天も美味しいが、春菊天が密度が高く美味しかった
全てのクオリティが高い一杯
