店内に唯一掲示されている春菊天そば。券売機は店舗外にあるので、購入後に知ることになるが、事前に知っていたので躊躇なく。
かき揚げ的に仕上がった春菊の天ぷらはエアリーで、蕎麦つゆを吸って天ぷらは、箸で突くと儚く崩れていくのも一興。苦味よりも香ばしさを感じる。蕎麦つゆは甘みを感じるあっさり仕上げで、つい飲み干してしまいそうになる。
また食べたくなる味な気がする。
