八丁堀に外出があったので、茅場町で降りて、久しぶりに伺いました。
朝そばというには、少し遅い時間だったので、人は少なく、静かな中で春菊天そばと向き合いました。
美味しいお出汁と細めのそばがよく絡んで、ほろ苦いホロホロと崩れる春菊天とよく合います。
昔、茅場町に通っていた時には当たり前に食べられていた懐かしの味は格別でした。
