打合せで茅場町へ
ゆっくりランチをする時間は無く、地下鉄から上がって、
少し歩いたところで見えた「そば処 亀島」さんにお伺いです
お店の前で券売機で食券を購入するスタイルで、
「春菊天そば」を購入です
お昼を過ぎた時間でしたが、狭めの店内は食べている方と待っている方で満杯です
「人気があるのかな・・？」などと思いつつ、食券を出して待ちます
男の方のワンオペで、忙しく動かれています
５分位でお蕎麦が到着
見た目からもカラッと揚がっているのが分かる春菊天が乗っていてます
お蕎麦を頂くと茹で立ての細めのお蕎麦で
立ち食い蕎麦としては十分以上です
春菊天もサクサクしており揚げたてです
お汁もダシがきいていておいしいです
なんとなく得した気分・・・
普段、なかなか行かない場所ですが
また寄らせて頂こうと思います
