訪問 平日7時ちょうど。
既に数名が開店に合わせて並んでいます。
なんとか店内6名の一巡目に入れました。
外の食券機で購入、提出して外に並ぶ
方式のようでした。
春菊天は揚げたてで、つゆの上でまだ
揚げたての音をかすか聞く事ができます。
もちろんサクサク、春菊の良い苦味も
感じられます。
つゆは甘めで飲みやすく完飲です。
都内有数の、春菊天の名店の味の美味しさは
やはり無限大です。
