午後０時２０分ごろ、訪問しました。
１階の会計場所近くのテーブル席を確保しました。
２階にも席があるようで、先客が下りてきたり、新たなお客さんが２階に案内されたりしています。
鶏タン麺 塩味 880円 お新香、デザート付きを発注しました。
ほどやく、大きなラーメン丼などがのったトレーが運ばれてきます。
どんぶりの上には、蒸し鶏が存在感を示しています。
タン麺の具である 青菜、モヤシなども、かなりの量です。
スープは、鶏をメインの素材に使った塩味です。
麺は、やや太めで、やや白く、縮れていて、硬めのもので、スープに合います。
