日本橋茅場町二丁目、平成通りから東に少し入ったところにお店があります。
シックにまとめられたムーディーな店内でいただくランチ。
外の看板にあった、オムライスを秘伝のトマトソースで注文しました。（税込900円）
野菜入りの少し薄口なコンソメ？スープはマグカップで提供。
ミニサラダには、フレンチドレッシング。
メインのチキンライスには、鶏肉の他、マッシュルームとウインナー入り。
赤と黄色のコントラストがきれいで、艶やか。
チキンライスはトロリゆるめ、包む玉子はふんわり。
ふわトロな仕上がりのオムライス、そこへダメ押し？、秘伝のトマトソース。
パンチを効かせた秘伝のトマトソースは、玉子の甘さを上手く包み込み、チキンライス自体、ケチャップの重厚さは控えめなので、良い意味で味のアクセントになっていると思います。
この秘伝のトマトソースがないと、ダメですね。
普通に美味しいのですが、お腹に溜まらないオムライスかな。
