茅場町。
狙っていたお店がまだ空いていなかったので、
先にこちらへ向かいました。
こぢんまりとした外観だ。
11:05訪店。
「いらっしゃいませー！」と、明るく迎えていただきありがとうございまする（^人^）
カウンター席へ通されてメニューを眺めます。
ラインナップはパスタ各種にカレー、そしてオム。
オムライスのソースは3種類から選べますね。
「自家製オムライス（950円）」を、
店員さんにお勧めいただいた「秘伝のトマトソース」をお願いして店内を見渡、、
す間も無くセットのサラダとスープ竣工。
サラダにかかっているフレンチドレッシングがええ塩梅。
そして林檎の存在が何となく嬉しい。
スープは熱々で香りが豊かだなぁ。
店内には1人用テーブルが並んでおりますが、コロナ対策&ランチ用のレイアウトなのかも。
オープン直後だった事もあり客は河井のみでしたが、慌しい事もなく落ち着いて過ごせました。
BGMは軽快なアルトとパタパタドラム、いいねぇ(￣▽￣)
6分でオム竣工。
ほお、オサレでんな。
細長い楕円の皿に細長いオムが横たわっております。
ではでは。
穏やかな旨味湛えたライスはパラパラな仕上がり、ピラフ的なのだろか？
鶏肉のシコシコとした食感が良きアクセントとなってくれます。
具は他に玉ねぎ、キノコ。
お、ソーセージも入っているね、この肉肉しさに用があるぜ。
で、具沢山だぞおおお(*´∇｀*)
トマトソースはジューシーで酸味とコクがキュキュッと効いたタイプ。
きっとパスタも美味しいのだろうなあ、ってなお味。
旨味充分なライスに欠けているピースを埋めてくれる味の構成、手堅い仕事っぷりを感じさせてくれます。
一気に完食。
ボリュームは少なめかな。
それほど特別な何かを強くは感じなかったけれど、
具沢山でソースも決まっていて、サラダとスープ付きでこの価格ならば、満足。
接客は明るい応対で問題無し。
竣工が早かったのもランチ時にはありがたいサービスだ。
