出張で八丁堀駅近くのビジネスホテルに宿泊し、夕飯に利用しました。
入り口のドアをあけると、左側奥に広い客席があります。
テーブル席が10席くらい。小上がりの座卓席が数席ありました。
18時過ぎに入りました。先客で、近所のサラリーマン数人が小宴会中でした。
入ると、若いお兄ちゃんが、すぐに注文を取りに来ました。
メニューをみると、いわゆる中華料理専門店で広東系だと思います。
えびそば（750円は安い）とシュウマイ（4個、450円くらい）を頼みました。
10分ほどで到着。
エビそばは、スープが非常においしい。なかなかの味です。
そばも細麺でおいしいです。
ただ、肝心のえびは、ちょっとですね。スープが格段においしいのに残念。
シュウマイは、普通においしかったですよ。
注文取りのお兄ちゃんは、気が利いていて水のおかわりとかせっせと動いていました。
しかし、奥の方で女性の従業員が大きな中国語で延々と電話していた。
暇なんだろうが、少しうるさかったな。
