猪鹿鳥～
ジビエを満喫しました
たまに熊が入荷されるらしいので、次回は熊を狙いたいと思います
本物のジビエ料理を堪能できました。
猪、シカ、猪豚を美味しく食べれました。
ポテトサラダもジビエ入りで美味しかった。

ジビエが臭みなくしっかり美味しい(^｡^)
鴨、鹿、猪。選ぶ時ドキドキ。出てきてビックリ、食べてにっこりって感じでした。個人的にクセは感じられなく、お酒によく合うお肉達でした。
食べながら話のネタにもなるし、楽しい席です♪
