これまで食べてきたジビエ料理と違い、臭みが本当にありません。特に猪の肉の柔らかさと匂いはこれまで良く食べてきた「猪鍋」の感覚で食べると「あれ？」と思うほど（良い意味で）アッサリ美味しく頂けました。2人で伺った為に種類を食べることが出来なかったので、次回はもう少し人数を増やして色々頂きたいと思います。
