本日は、八丁堀駅で友人と訪問です。
運良く個室が取れたので、ラッキーでした！！
個室の雰囲気は、めちゃめちゃおしゃれで素晴らしいですね。
今日は隣で大宴会が行われており、結構がやがやはしてました。
クエ鍋のセットを頼んで飲み放題にしてみました。
出てきたのは、下記です。
お通し（ごま豆腐）
お刺身
豚肉焼き（オリーブオイルかけ）
鯖の幽庵焼き
クエ鍋
雑炊
抹茶ゼリー
クエ鍋は、おそらく初めて食べたと思いますが、九州での高級魚というのが分かりますね～
脂がのっており、身はフワフワ、ぷりぷりのコラーゲンもたっぷりです。
あんこうを少しあっさりしたような味ですね(^^♪
お刺身は、私的にクエのコースにはいらないかな。
代わりに茶わん蒸し等を出せば満足感あるような気がします。
豚肉焼きも若干焼きすぎ感があり、ぱさぱさしている感じがしました。
抹茶ぜりーは、あっさりしすぎているので、高級感を出すためにも上に粒あんなんかを乗せてほしいなと思いました。
とはいえ、クエ鍋には感動しました。
色々書いてしまいすみません。。。
