ステーキ丼 : Gochisou Ya Ponta

Entered the store at 13:25. Previously, about two years ago, I had a hard time eating the inside of a sauce cutlet bowl. It's been a while since I last visited the store, but the sauce cutlet bowl is still available for 1,000 yen. In a way, it's amazing! Today, I took advantage of the lessons I learned last time and made a Steak bowl (1,050 yen). Actually, no matter where I eat, I feel like I'm rarely satisfied with Steak bowl. Will today turn out to be good or bad? Arrived at 13:33. Immediately after arriving, a pleasant smell of garlic wafted in the air. There were 10 cut Steak in the photo, although there were slight differences in size. The meat is not juicy, but you can chew it normally. Considering the price, I might not be looking for juiciness, just chewiness. It tastes like chaliapin sauce and fried garlic is sprinkled on top. When ordering, I asked the waiter if I could choose the amount of rice I wanted to order. The answer was that we had more rice than other restaurants, but we didn't have a large portion. I looked at the amount of rice in the bowl and felt relieved. The miso soup had cabbage and fried tofu as ingredients, and although it had a stable taste, it somehow felt delicious. Finished meal. I don't like it being soggy with sauce, but I think it would be nice if there was a little more sauce on the rice. In terms of good or bad luck, it's a little higher than the middle. I must say I enjoyed it. Thank you for the meal.

ソースカツ丼の中（1,000円）をご飯普通より少なめで注文。

小は、ご飯が普通でカツが４枚。
中は、ご飯大盛りでカツが５枚。
大は、ご飯特盛（２合半あるらしい。）でカツが７枚。

やめれば良いのに、やたらとソースカツが食べたくなってしまった。

ソースカツ丼を、天丼の様なタレで提供するお店もあるけど、この店はソースを丼タレに合う様にアレンジしている。

てか、やはり小を注文すれば良かった…
３枚目のカツから、衣を半面剥がしながら食べると言う、根性のなさ！笑

ご飯、少なめで正解！

最後は、コーヒーでさっぱり。
