水天宮から移転した ごちそう家 ぽん太八丁堀店さんに開店一番乗りで来店,スタッフさんに本日の定食を勧められましたがコレを食べに来たんだと八丁堀名物ソースカツ丼大1200円を注文しました,
スリ鉢の丼に盛り付けられた大盛ソースカツ丼は総重量1kgを楽に越えます,そのままでは食べ辛いので取り皿にカツを避難させてキャベツと共に頂くとご飯が進みます,福井のソースカツ丼に新潟のタレカツ丼を合わせた様な味なので店長さんに聞くとオリジナルのタレだそうです,小鉢の副菜を楽しみながら別皿のカツを戻し追いタレを回し掛け根菜たっぷりの味噌汁と漬物を箸休めにお腹いっぱい美味しく頂きましたd(´ڡ`๑)
