友人と八丁堀に来ました。
遅い時間にたまたま見つけたお店。駅から少し歩いた所にあり、遅いにも関わらず店内は賑わっていました。
メニューを見ると、イタリアンをベースとした創作料理のような感じで、ワインだけでなく日本酒も置いてある面白いラインナップ。
ともあれ、とりあえず生ビールを注文。こちらはハートランドの樽生。文句無し！美味い‼
お料理は色々と迷いましたが、オススメのものから幾つかチョイス。
ほどなくお通しが。玄米の冷たいスープと赤エビのマリネ。どちらもきちんと美味しく、期待が膨らみます。（うっかり写真を撮り忘れました…）
最初に出てきたのは、水ナスとみょうがのマリネ。一見、和のような感じがしますが味わうと洋。つい箸が進む爽やかな一品。
次に、仔羊モモ肉のたたき。臭みはなく、まさに酒のつまみにもってこいな感じです。山わさびのソースがよく合って、つい日本酒を頼んでしまいました。進む進む！
パスタも美味しかった！アユのスパゲッティ。ドライトマトとオリーブが入ったシンプルながらも旨味あふれるパスタ。これが日本酒ともよく合いました。
メインは薩摩若シャモの炭火焼き。モモとムネの盛り合わせで両方楽しめるのが嬉しかったです。特にムネ肉がしっとり焼き上がっていて美味しかった！
さっくり食事の予定でしたが、なんだかんだ長居してしまいました。野菜の炭火焼きなど気になるメニューがたくさんあったので、また機会を見つけて来たいと思いました。いい穴場見つけました‼
