瓦そば、いつか食べたいなぁと思いつつ、山口県に行く予定がない（笑）
テレビや雑誌を見るたびにそう思っていたわけですが、ググッてみるとあるじゃないですか何店舗か。
というわけで、午前中に野暮用があったため速攻終わらせて茅場町ののちらの店に。
ランチは瓦そばオンリーで、麺の大盛りと肉の大盛りができます。
私は麺大盛りでサービスのワカメご飯を頂きました。
茶そばは噂通り瓦側はカリカリでそこ以外は柔らかめの食感。予想より細目。
先ずは紅葉おろしとレモン肉をツユに投入。
そして茶そばをアツアツのツユにたっぷり浸してズズッと頬張ります。
想像通りの美味さだ。
ランチは関東よりにしてあるというツユはそのまま飲めてしまう濃さで、これが合うんだなぁ。
あっと言う間に完食。
もう一食食いたかったけど我慢しました。
夜は本場山口の味、甘めのツユも選べるとのこと。
夜に再訪決定です。
