平日ランチで訪問しました。ランチメニューは瓦そばのみという潔さ、自信があるということでしょう。
肉や麺量は増やせますので男性でも安心です。
5分ほどで到着です。
焼いた瓦の上に茶そばと錦糸卵と甘辛く煮た豚肉肉とネギとのりが乗っています。輪切りレモンともみじおろしが彩りを添えていて、これも映えと言うやつですね。
茶そばは下の方は焼かれてパリパリで、中の方はツルツルで、色々な食感が楽しめます。
つけダレはさっぱりしているので、お腹にもたれずいい感じ。
茅場町でも少し駅から外れますがお客さんは次々来ていたので人気はありそう。
美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。
