山口県の名物郷土料理、瓦そば
食したことが無く、某民放で見かけて気になってました。
茅場町で食せることが分かり、今回瓦.Tokyoさんへ初訪問
寒い日ではありましたが、店内はとても暖かく感じました。
それもそのはず。
お食事されているお客様の前にはいかにも熱そうな瓦そばが
モワってしてる。お汁から湯気出てる
初訪問なので瓦そば普通サイズ(980円)をお願いしました。
先着で希望される方には山口の混ぜご飯無料サービスあり
遠慮なくお願いしました。
まずご飯が提供、ワカメ、ゴマ、あと紫蘇の香がする混ぜご飯
暫くしてジュージュー音立てる瓦そばのお出まし。
美味しい食べ方の説明を読みながら、
スライスレモンと紅葉おろしをお汁に投下。
続いて刻み海苔、葱、肉、錦糸卵も投下。
茶蕎麦も試しに少し投下してかき混ぜて啜った。
汁は濃口甘じょっぱくて、レモンと紅葉おろしも入るから
甘酸っぱじょっぱいに、最後ピリリになった。
焼いている茶蕎麦ですから喉ごし云々ではなく、咀嚼します。
すると、何度も咀嚼してるうちにどんどん茶蕎麦の風味が出てくる。
おーーー！なるほど！って思いました。
噛めば噛むほど私は楽しく美味しく感じました。
あと、甘辛の肉もふくよかにしてくれました。
瓦に油を敷いて焼いてるから、蕎麦はこびりつかずに、
瓦との接触部分はパリッパリ。おこげ好きにはたまらん。
噛んで噛んで香りを楽しむ。
瓦そばのが美味しくて、もう少し食べたいと思ったので
今度は混ぜご飯は遠慮して蕎麦肉大盛を選択すると思います。
