チキン南蛮にうるさい私にとっては、標準点は南蛮だった。
八丁堀でランチ。
１４時半までランチをやっているので重宝します。この界隈は１３時を過ぎると途端に客がいなくなり
ランチを終了するお店が多いから。
前回は焼き魚を食べたが、この日はチキン南蛮にします。
●チキン南蛮＠1,100（税込）をお願いしました。
14時過ぎなので、ほぼアイドルタイムで仕込み中でした。先客ゼロ、後客2名。
６分待って提供です。
チキン南蛮の添え物はレタスと水菜、小鉢は冷奴、お味噌汁、ご飯です。
もも肉を１枚を丸ごと揚げていました。カットした時に揚げが甘かったのか、数切れ、揚げなおしていました。
衣はサクサクというか、ザクザクと言ったほうが良さそう。ザクザク衣は片栗粉で揚げているかな。
南蛮ダレは軽くかかっており、タルタルはセンターにだけ掛かっています。タルタルは少ないかな。
タルタルは酸味があり、野菜は入っていますが、ノー卵です。
味は悪くはありません。
お味噌汁は野菜がたっぷり、大根、人参、しめじのほか、さつま芋がたっぷりと。
味は九州らしく、麦味噌。結構好きですよこの味は。
醤油も九州の甘い醤油も常備されています。
チキン南蛮にうるさい私にとっては、標準点は南蛮だったが、
九州料理のメニューが多いので使い勝手は良いお店。
PayPayが使えるのでケータイだけでランチに来れるのも良い。
サバの醤油干しは、脂が載っており、香ばしい焼き上がり♬

鈴らん通りぞいにある九州料理の居酒屋のランチです。
真ん中に厨房がありそれを囲むコの字カウンター席、周りにはテーブル席で４０席。
１２時過ぎに入店したら混んでいましたが、すぐに着座できました。
ランチは人気のようです。
ランチメニューは九州の良いとこどりのメニューです。

ランチで良く見かけるサバの塩焼きですが、ほとんどがノルウエー産かな。
国産は高いですね。塩焼きは佐賀さんらしいが、醤油干しはどこ産かわかりませんが。
店員スタッフは元気が良く、明るい雰囲気で女性客多い。
お水は瓶に入れられおり、良く冷えています。
６分待って塩さば焼き定食です。
さばの塩焼きには鬼おろしが添えられ、小鉢は冷奴、漬物、お味噌汁、ご飯。
さばは炉端で焼かれており、香ばしい香り。
脂が載っており、醤油の丁度良い味わい。
身が大きく、満足感があります。
これ正解でした。
お味噌汁は野菜汁で、ニンジン、大根、カボチャ、さつまいも、ごぼうなど根菜類が具だくさん。
味は濃くなく、九州麦みそかな。仄かに甘い味が良い。
ご飯はフツー盛でお願いしましたが、盛りが良かったです。
やや余り気味になったが、ピリ辛なきゅうりの漬物で完食。
この界隈は13時を過ぎるとランチ終了してしまうお店が多い中、
14時半LOが便利です。
八丁堀でランチとしては@1000オーバーでやや高めだが、
味と量を担保ですます。

A Kyushu Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) restaurant with locations in Kayabacho, Hatchobori, and Shintomicho. For the first time on this day, I ordered Sara Udon @1,100 (tax included). It's quite crowded. There are many female customers. Waited 8 minutes for Sara Udon and Gotsumen. Not only Sara Udon, but also miso soup, Small dish (cold tofu), and pickles. The bean paste is plentiful and has a cloudy brown color. Bean sprouts, cabbage, carrots, pork, wood ears, etc. There are no characteristics. It seems to have the same soup base as Champon. The noodles are thin. Everything was soaked in so much bean paste that it didn't feel crispy. Plus, it's a deep dish, so the noodles will soak in the bean paste. At first, I wanted to enjoy the crunchy feeling. If you want to eat sara udon or Champon, you should go to Nagasaki Saikan, a famous restaurant in Hatchobori.
