仕事帰りに今年の〆も兼ねて来店。
色んな国の料理も食べられると聞いて楽しみでした。それにボリューミーなのでお腹空かせて来てくださいね、と予約時に聞いたのでペコペコで向かいました。
ドリンクは生の黒ラベルと、チェドラータ。
チェドラータとは南イタリアのレモンの仲間（チェドロ）をレモネードにしたもので、瓶も可愛らしくて甘過ぎずにとても好みでした。
イタリアのリキュール、リモンチェッロを作る時の果実でしょうかね。
爽やかで冬にもピッタリだと思いました。
まずは…
「前菜の盛り合わせ」
・フレッシュ サルサチップ（メキシコ）
・キャロットラペ（フランス）
・揚げ春巻き（南ベトナム）
・ひよこ豆と練ごまのペースト（レバノン）
・ひよこ豆のコロッケ〜ファラフェル〜（イスラエル）
その他にも盛り合わせにあった手作りのハムも美味しかったです。これ手作りって凄いです。凝りすぎです（笑）
ヴィーガンでないけど、ひよこ豆が凄く好きなのでファラフェルもフムスも登場して嬉しかった！
サラダ（イタリア）
・ルッコラ熟成パルミジャーノ
バルサミコソースもたっぷり
生スライスのマッシュルームも大きくて綺麗で良い素材をお使いだと思いました。
ルッコラ、久し振りに食べたけど苦味あって美味しい。
生野菜ワシワシ食べられるの嬉しい。
・フライドポテト 半熟卵と生ハム乗せ （スペイン）
揚げたてポテトに生ハムがアクセント！
半熟目玉焼きがトッピングされていてポテトに黄身を絡めて食べる楽しさよ。
スペイン風なのはマヨネーズがかかってるからみたい。
・世界の肉料理盛り合わせ 〜各国盛り〜
牛ハラミ肉のステーキ（オーストラリア）
分厚い塩豚肉の煮込み（フランス）
串焼きの鶏肉はチキンケバブ（トルコ）
しかもビーフの下にはマッシュポテト、豚肉の下にはたっぷりのレンズ豆が添えてあり涙でそうでした。
渋い好みですが、私レンズ豆大好きなんです。
ヨーロッパではグリンピースもタップリと付け合せに付いてくるので懐かしい。
シェフもきっと好きなんだろうなぁ。
ここでパスタも如何ですか？
とお腹の具合を聞いてこられたのですが、もう結構お腹いっぱいだったのでデザートにして頂きました。
・ガトーショコラ（フランス）
・濃厚マンゴーアイス（インド）
・バスク風チーズケーキ（スペイン）
アイスはサッパリしていると思ったら卵を使用しないインドのアイスだそう。
勉強熱心ですよね。
どれも美味しかったですし、カフェ・ラテと共に堪能いたしました。
今回は二人で訪れましたが、3人くらいで来てパスタまで食べられたら良かったです。
シェフも楽しいサービス精神旺盛な方なので、忙しそうでなければ、お話をイロイロと聞いてみると楽しいと思います。
