店外にはビャンの字が漢字で大きく示されておりとても目立ちます。
メインのビャンビャン麺は3種類の具が乗っているもの（麺は平打ビャンビャン麺）にし、一品物で豆苗炒め、ラム串、ナス揚げ、チャーシュー丼を注文しました。
まず出てきたナス揚げですがこれがとても美味しい！
山椒塩がかかっておりサクサクトロトロのナスにベストマッチします。
ラム串も辛めの特製スパイスがラムの旨味を引き立てており絶品です。
ビャンビャン麺はお店のおすすめでいきなり全混ぜして頂きましたがこれまた丁度よい辛味でとても美味しかったです。
具材もゴロゴロ入っておりかなり満足感は高いです。
ボリュームが結構あるため少食の方は注意！
店内は本国のお客さんが多く本場の味なのだなと実感しながら美味しく食べられました。
