なかなか来られず、渇望していてようやくお昼に訪問。平日12時半過ぎ、10分ほど待って入店しました。
辛口マーラー麺をいただくことが多いのですが、今日は優しい味を求めていたので鶏白湯麺。カウンター席は、目の前で麺を打っている様子が見られて美味しさ倍増です。
麺の太さ、コシ、幅広麺の端がひらひらしたところの柔らかい食感、スープとの相性。全てが大好きです。鶏肉たっぷり、厚太にカットされたメンマは食感がしっかりあって、程よい甘さでした。散らしてある青ネギが、良い感じにスープと交わってアクセントになります。大変美味しくいただきました。
