クリスマス当日の昼間に訪問。
実に四年ぶりでした。
◆クリスマスランチコース
3種のフィンガーフードからスタート。
オマール海老、帆立の前菜と続き、お魚は舌平目。
お肉は鴨肉で、ロティの他、ミンチをナスで巻いたものが美味しかったです。
デザートはお口直しを経てメインのいちごのデザート、最後にマカロンやオペラが出て終了です。
味はもちろん、どれも見た目が美しく特別感を感じます。
最後はシェフにお見送り頂き大満足で帰路につきました。
ハレの日の食事として最高でした。
