モダンとクラシックの完璧な融合を実現したフランス料理。
モダンフレンチの場合、もう少し伝統的なスタイルのレストランもあれば、もう少しモダンなスタイルのレストランもあります。このお店は、その中間に位置すると思います。
ここ数年、5、6回ほどお邪魔していますが、特に数年前の特別メニューの時は、朝比奈さんの料理の緻密さを堪能しました。
このお店は日本橋にあり、ちょっと珍しいのですが、東京証券取引所の近くにお勤めの方がよく利用されているようです。
一人13,000円のコースメニューを選び、ワインを数本注文したので、合計で一人50,000円ほどでした。
全体的に、いくつかの料理は期待したほど良くはなかった。一番美味しかったのはメインディッシュで、チーズの盛り合わせが本当に秀逸でした！！！
またいつかスペシャルメニューを食べたいです。
久しぶり。 にぎやかな日本橋の金融街から離れた、素敵な雰囲気のレストランを思い出しました。
ここでは常にサービスが優れています。 すべてのスタッフは非常に気配りがあり、細部にまで気を配っています。 何人かのスタッフと話すのは久しぶりです。
ロブスターの前菜は芸術作品のように見え、特に爪肉も素晴らしい味がします。
サーフクラムと海苔のタレが入ったアマダイは、夜の私のお気に入りの一品でした。 風味豊かで、ユニークで、私の胃に非常に満足しています。 皮は完全にサクサクしていた。
脂っこくなく、やわらかい牛肉の切り身。 素敵なソースも。
チーズトロリーを見て本当に嬉しかったです！ 最近、他の多くのレストランではチーズの品揃えが少なくなっているので、ほんの少しのハニカムでチーズとワインを一緒に楽しむことができて良かったです。

Until a few years ago, there was a special menu that was my favorite, but unfortunately this menu has disappeared due to the difficulty of obtaining ingredients from France. This time, I chose the dinner degustation menu for 33,000 yen per person. The menu includes an amuse bouche, three appetizers, a fish dish, Meat Dishes and dessert. For me, it was one of the best experiences I had at this store! The service was excellent, the food was excellent and the wine was excellent. Crab, caviar, foie gras, langoustine, and other extravagant ingredients were used, and every dish was prepared with great attention to detail. It's hard to pick your favorite dish among all the delicious dishes, but the amadai was exceptional and the duck meat was also very tasty! It was such a great dinner, thank you!
