一つ星レストラン「sio」オーナーシェフ鳥羽周作共同開発、トリュフ香るポテトチーズクリームIN感動ハンバーグ。ハンバーグはナイフを入れた瞬間、肉汁が溢れる。ポテトチーズを入れることで、肉かさを上げて、クリーミーさを出すファミレスならではのテクニックが感じられた。ハンバーグの味はまあまあだったが、付け合わせの野菜や、サイドのサラダがしなび加減で残念。デザートまで入れて1,699円のＣＰには企業努力を感じる。
