Sake no Sakana Takesada A Japanese izakaya serving fresh fish dishes.
We opened in December 2018. We are a Japanese izakaya that mainly serves fresh fish dishes. We mainly serve local Shinshu sake, but also have a selection of Japanese sake. We also serve lunch on weekd |
This is a familiar restaurant that I always go to. I had seen a photo of wild tiger pufferfish on Instagram, so I wanted to go there, and by chance I finished work early and came at the same time as the restaurant opened. First, I enjoyed the seasonal appetizer of lemon-dressed jellyfish and salted shrimp, and the wild tiger pufferfish was in the photo, at this price. For people from Osaka, wild tiger pufferfish is an extremely high-class ingredient, so it is rare to see it. But it is a blessing to be able to eat it at this price. Isn't it treated that way in the Kanto region? I'm grateful for that (lol). For people from Osaka, it's a blessing. Since I've finished my health check, I didn't worry about the numbers, so I dared to enjoy shirakoyaki with beer and sake, and enjoyed my happiness. After that, I let my limiter go and had Hiramasa's namero, overnight dried conger eel white-grilled, and fried wild tiger pufferfish. I felt good after comparing the usual sake, and at the end I ate prawn sashimi and finished it all. Finally, I got hungry in the middle of the night at home, so I went home satisfied with a gift of raw sea urchin Sushi. However, it is a restaurant that I don't really want to tell you about, but I definitely want you to go there.
