うーみや自慢のそば定食 黒折敷に、やちむんに装ったすばと箸袋入角うめーし。ムチッとした歯触でポクッと嚙切れる、細平直の滑らかな茹麺です。定番の亀浜麺です。若干濁の有る、鰹節と昆布と豚から引いた汁です。細かな油滴が一杯浮いて、塩味が緊目です。丸善しーさー蒲鉾 2枚、ちきあぎ、甘く炊いた三枚肉、薄味に仕上げた軟骨そーき、細葱小口が乗ってます。途中で一味を振って、こーれーぐーすも 3滴垂らして、食切ります。
くーぶいりちー、海苔玉御握、金楚糕(珍品堂のプレーン)が付きます。
