ここんとこ1シーズンに1度は食べてる八丁堀「あさだ」の“冷やたぬ”。移転後お初、夕方6時半に伺ったら客はボクひとり。いやでもコロナ禍を実感してしまう。
冷したぬきそば（650円）を大盛り（150円）で。
この茶そばの緑が初夏にふさわしい。細打ちで、冷んやり締まってて、弾力としっかりとした噛み応えがあって、つるつると喉ごしがいい。この食感、涼味は余所じゃなかなか味わえない。
天ぷらだと重い、かけやわかめじゃ物足りないってときも、たぬきだったら軽やかで食べ応えもある。
7時には暖簾を仕舞って本日最後の客になったのがちょっと寂しいけど。
