しっかりした日本蕎麦を食べたくて初訪問。
とろろそばの大盛りを注文。
子供のころ、近所のそば屋で食べたのと同じ緑色の蕎麦が懐かしい。
生ウズラ玉子の味わいも懐かしい。
蕎麦のコシはしっかり。開店直後だけどそば湯もしっかり。
美味しゅうございました。
