美味しいお寿司をいただきたくて、色々念入りに調べていたら、こちらのお店が見つかった。
まだオープンして間もない新店舗、事前に予約を入れてワクワクしながら伺う。
オープンして間もないのもあるんだろうけど、外観店内が凄く綺麗、ホールの若い女の子がで迎えてくれるけど、接客がしっかりしていて気分が良い。
笑顔が可愛くて人柄の良さそうな大将が丁寧に説明しながら出してくれる、先ずはコハダ、このコハダを見て食べに行きたいと思ったので、期待値は相当高かったけど、それを超える味、〆過ぎてないので、身もふっくらとしてコハダ自体の旨味と甘味が最高。
しっかり仕事されているネタもシャリの塩梅も良く、大将の人柄もプラスされて、良いお寿司をいただけました。
〆は大将の手作りアイス。アイスまで作っちゃうんですか、上品な甘さで食後にピッタリ。
それにしてもコスパの良さに驚いた、夜もお邪魔させていただきたい素敵なお店に出会えました。
