海鮮カレー！
シーフードカレーではありません。
漬けまぐろにカレー。私の中には無かった組み合わせです。Ｘで本日から再開との報を拝見して予約しました。
18時にお伺いし、席に着くとまずはお通しとして『もずく』をいただきました。コチラは、トマトの香りと旨みが効いたもので、初めて味わいました。
その後、カレーが到着。まぐろの赤とクリーミーなカレーのベージュのコントラストが映えます。まずはまぐろを頂きました。下味にほんのりとスパイスを感じるもので臭みもなく、この後への期待感が膨らみます。その後、カレーとまぐろ、一緒に頂きました。程よいクリーミーさとスパイス感を感じますが、まぐろの旨みや香りを損なうことはなく自然な一体感と美味しさを感じます。
次第にペースは上がり、あっという間に完食！
ご馳走さまでした♪
頂く前の私は、主題のところに『カレーのフロンティア』と記すつもりでしたが、今そのような言葉は浮かんできません。このカレーは正しくコチラでしか頂けないと思います！是非一度お試しを！
