オープン直前 先客の並びは4名。
オープンと同時に広い店内、ほぼ満席。
後から来た客、我先にオーダーしようとしてたけど、先頭に並んでた方から順番にお伺いしますとスタッフさん。高評価だね。
オーダーは、
・出汁グリーンカレー&無水チキン
それと追加トッピングで、
・感動ラムキーマ。
感動なんて自らハードル上げちゃってるじゃん。
5番目なのであっという間に提供。
見た目は、ん〜なんとも食欲をそそらない色合い。
エメラルドグリーンな感じ。
じゃ、まずそのグリーンカレー。
おおっ、本格的なグリーンカレー。でライスの上や周りに魚介の出汁とが合わさって、ん〜なんとも不思議な味わいに。
これは美味いのか？
そして、ラムキーマ。
グリーンカレーのルーにモロ入ってるじゃん。
グリーンカレーとキーマなんて同時に食べるもんじゃないでしょって、合うー！
でも初めての体験、不思議な味。
キーマだけを食べるとラムの挽肉たっぷりで和の出汁とラムの旨みで最高に美味い。
ま、でも次は違うのにしよ。
