角打 茅場町という店があったところに新しく大陸系中華の店ができた
角打 茅場町は角打ちと言いながら結構いい値段の居酒屋だったので自分はスルーしていた
中華なら大歓迎、と思い昼にタケオウト利用してみた
弁当は店の前に並べて販売
アジフライ、とんかつ、デミグラスハンバーグなど
町中華ならわかるが、およそ大陸系中華とは縁のなさそうな弁当が並ぶ
全品600円はごく普通の価格、この辺りの中華では安くない価格だ
どうしようか考えていると女性店員が割引券を差し出す
どうせ次回以降使えるってやつだろうと思ったら今すぐ使えるとのこと
ってことは弁当全品550円か、悪くないな
焼売弁当を選ぶとお茶か味噌汁が付くので味噌汁を選ぶ
焼売は大きめのものが4個
ねっとり系で肉のジューシー感は無くよく捏ねて作ったようだ
生姜を効かせおかずにもつまみにもなる品でなかなか美味い
これなら夜に晩酌利用してもいいな、と思っていたらまたまたKJS
それも延長に延長を重ね9月まで
1年のうちどれくらいの期間KJSを続けるのか？
もはやこれが通常で酒が解禁されたら
そっちの方が異常事態に思えてくる・・・

職場の昼食外食禁止令も解かれたので店内利用
本日のおすすめからマーボー麺と半チャーハン800円を注文
何故か最近麻婆麺(一部ではトーフラーメンという)に嵌っているのだ
料理が届くと、麻婆麺美味そう！半チャーハンは1/3チャーハンか！！
麻婆麺の麻婆は美味
豆腐は大きめカットそのまま、ひき肉たっぷり
スープも悪くはない
大陸系でありながら昔ながらの中華スープに近い
問題は麺だ
細めの多加水ストレート麺なのはいいのだが
茹で過ぎで柔らか、たっぷりの餡かけに負けて千切れてしまう
細麺で茹で過ぎだと逃げ道がない
炒飯はコーン、グリーンピース、玉子+少々の人参とネギ
量は半チャーハンというよりミニ
自分には丁度いい量だがセットのボリュームを期待して頼むとがっかりしそう
麺類の単品を頼むつもりだったのにセットの誘惑に負けた
ボリュームは十分、麻婆も美味い
茹で加減はたまたま失敗したんだよね？
