微妙に八丁堀の端っこにあるので、その近くの温泉ホテルに泊まった際に訪問。本格中華を少人数カウンターで楽しみたい新規開拓です。
店主と少し話しましたが本場の中華のトレンドを意識して日本人にも合うように...
ランチに予約してコースでお邪魔しました。
コースが何組か入ったら、いわゆるビジネスランチ？
などはお休みして、コースのみで営業するそうです。

予約は「席のみ」の予約がなく１万円～の予約でした。

薄味で淡白な印象。お米も日本のうるち米では無いので好みではなかった。頼んですぐ出てくるスピード感はオフィス街には合ってると思う。
食事は一品一品丁寧で、特にお肉の魅力を最大限に引き出す焼き方・焼き加減に感動。お酒も充実でした。
