We recommend the "Teppanyaki Potato Salad" which combines black truffle sauce and smoked egg. It is a rare dish cooked on a hot iron plate and goes perfectly with alcohol. Also, the "Kayabacho Neapolitan" uses Bulldog sauce as a secret ingredient, and its nostalgic aroma will whet your appetite. Other recommended dishes include the classic "Charcuterie Platter" which pairs well with wine or sake, and the A5-ranked domestic Japanese Black Beef Steak, cooked to perfection.
