この日は予約せずに16時すぎに同僚と行きました。
カウンターに座り「泡sake」のメニュー表をみてこれに決めました。
3種飲み比べで、お任せで選んでもらいました。
夏にいい感じの爽やかな日本酒です。サッと口に馴染みます。
お通しは「入梅いわしのエスカベッシュ」
「ポテトサラダ‥いくらが乗っています」
「入梅いわしのマリネ」
「ポテトフライ‥インカの目覚め、紫じゃがいも、さつまいもの3種」
今の時期の入梅いわしは脂がのっていて美味しいですね〜
ポテトフライのインカの目覚めはやっぱ美味しい〜。
入店した時は1人しかお客様がいませんでしたが、帰る頃には2組4人入ってきて賑やかになっていました。
カウンターしか無いお店なので予約していくと確実に座れると思います。
