茅場町駅で3番出口から降りるには
①日比谷線中目黒行に乗り茅場町駅で降りる
②東西線ならば東側の門前仲町方面で下車
そうでないと新大橋通りの反対側に着いてしまう。
土地勘があるのでモーマンタイw
酛(もと)グループはここのところこの界隈に出店ラッシュ。
美味しい日本酒を提供することで
この界隈を活性化してくれそうだ。
元々食通も多い地域なんやしね。
少し早目の時間に訪問。
こちらは正真正銘の立ち呑みの店。
入口に置かれた胡蝶蘭が開店間際ということを告げる。
会計は基本キャッシュレスらしい。

そしてメニューのブルドッ「ク」について聞いてみた。

そしてブルドックなのを初めて知る。
ニッチもサッチもどうにもブルドック(古www)
このハムカツも厚めでかなり美味しい。
もちろんクラフトビールとの相性は抜群やろな。
でもこの刈穂もなかなかに合うねん。

奈良萬ひやおろし 200円の特別価格
いやはや豆腐と日本酒を強引にマリアージュ。
これがまたアウアウ
チーズみたいな芳醇さを狙ったけど
それよりも理屈抜きで合う。
濃厚な蟹味噌や蕎麦味噌でもええけど
たまにはこんな合わせ方もアリやな。グランデw
さて、本命の座って飲める系列店を目指そう。
もしかしたら社長の鈴木さんに会える鴨やし。
とにかくいまはちょうどひやおろしの時期。
