■概要
都内を中心に日本酒スタンドを手掛ける酛グループの茅場町店として、日本酒の日（2022年10月1日）にオープンした新店。
木を基調とした清潔感のある店内で、日本酒とおつまみをスタンド形式で楽しむことが出来ます。
■メニュー
日本酒は定番からレアなものまで、全国各地から取り寄せられた豊富な銘柄がラインナップ。
お料理はモツ煮やマグロぶつなどが名物として置かれており、おつまみ系から揚げ物まで色々と取り揃えてあります。
この日は二次会でサクッと利用。
頂いたメニューは以下の通りです。

■感想
茅場町で飲み会があった後、たまたまこちらのお店を見つけて2軒目でお伺いしました。
お店の外には胡蝶蘭がたくさん置かれており、名店の予感が漂っています。
日本酒は好みに応じて店員さんが色々とセレクトしてくれるため、日本酒に詳しくない人でも楽しめる仕様になっています。
まずは個人的に大好きな貴からスタート。
お店で見つけると必ずと言って良いほど頂くお酒です。
軽い飲み口でありながら、旨味もしっかりと感じられるバランスの良さが特徴的。
そしてお次は姿の無濾過生原酒にチャレンジ。
甘口のお酒のオススメを聞いたところ、提案されたのがコチラのお酒。
ガツンとした濃厚な旨味があり、好みど真ん中の味わいにとても満足しました。
おつまみ系も抜かりなくおいしく、日本酒を楽しむためのアテとしていい働きをしておりました。
また近隣に用事がある際には、フラッと立ち寄りたいと思います。
