東京の八丁堀駅近く。
バンゲラズキッチンが展開する姉妹店。
バンゲラズキッチンは、南インド、
カルナータカ州マンガロール料理で人気店。
こちらはマンガロールの味と言う訳でなく
インド中心のアレンジみたい。
ドーサにカレーを挟んだり、スパゲティや、
タンドリーチキンサラダがある。
なんとなくインネパのアレンジ料理に近い
気がした。
なので、オーソドックスなカレーにした。
ご飯大盛り無料。量はタップリだけど、
僕にはちょっと味が物足りないかな。

新しいカレースタンドのカレー的な。
カレーは辛いチキン、ベジ、バタチキから。
もちろん辛いチキンに。
そんなに辛くはなく、少し辛いくらいで、
やっぱり甘味もある。
ソースはドロリじゃなく、シャバっとして、
オイリーさはけっこうある。
スパイスビストロって割に、香りは一般的な
感じで、南インドっぽさは感じなかった。
良かったのはお米、ちゃんとサフランを
使っている。このお米は大盛りにすべき。
サラダはマスタードオイル主体で、
なんとなくベンガル。
カレー以外が気に入りました。
カルナータカの料理はパームシュガー？を
使ってて僕には甘い。南インドで唯一甘い。
逆に、インネパから南インドに入った人に
そこが良いのかもしれないと思ったり。
カレーはその延長上でよりポピュラーで、
新しいカレースタンドとしては良いかも。
日本人が好むのはこう、って固まってきた
ような気がしてきて寂しく感じた。
日本人と言うより、東京でウケる、かな。
有名人気店がインネパに似たものを出す、
それでも高評価になるんだろうなと。
