正確には、『COMMONS STEAK PREMIUM』ですね。今回は、ランチにハンバーグが食べたくて訪問しました。
オーダーしたのは、
牛100%ハンバーグ450g 2,300円
チーズ目玉焼き 200円
計2,500円です。
着席から約15分で提供です。結構、時間掛かりますねぇ。
さて、実食です。第一印象は、すげーみっちり詰まったハンバーグ、まぁジューシーではあるけど、ここまでミンチする必要あるカナぁ？
なので、食感がウェルダン＆みっちり固めで均一になっちゃってます。従って、最初から最後まで徹頭徹尾、同じテクスチャー。これは変化が欲しくなりますね。
ステーキ屋さんのハンバーグなら、粗挽き・レアの方が絶対に美味しいと思うのですが、ちょっと残念かなぁ（まぁ、衛生管理が難しいなど理由はあるのでしょう）。
なお、ハンバーグの味自体は、悪くないです。個人的には、デミソースは不要（少し甘すぎる）で、塩と胡椒のみがベターでした。目玉焼き＆チーズのトッピングは値段相応かな。
一方、おかわり自由の白飯とワカメスープは、可もなく不可もなし。でも、ランチ価格を考えれば、十分なクオリティだと思いました。良き。
ハンバーグを食べ終え、次回はステーキ食べようカナと思った矢先、気になる注意書きが。ステーキのプレートにはソースを落としてはダメだそうです（ソースはご飯とスープの提供場所にあって、室温まで冷えてました）
ってことは、熱いレアステーキを、冷え冷えのステーキソースに付けて食べるってこと？玉ねぎソースなんて、熱入れた方が美味くない？うーん。それってステーキの食べ方としてどうなんだろう…
もし、ステーキにするときは、塩と胡椒、山葵と醤油くらいにするかね。
