This time it went smoothly. ● Hamburg (225g) (1400 yen) ●Cheese topping (100 yen) ●Salad (200 yen) When I handed my meal ticket to the staff member, she said, ``I'd like to take about 10 minutes, would you mind?'' ``Yes.'' I responded and was guided to the counter. Salad will be served immediately after you are seated. It seems to be a style where you can make your own water, soup, rice, and garlic rice as you like. The salad had sesame dressing. In addition to mizuna and lettuce, there was also crunchy cabbage. The soup was like a miso soup with shredded radish and carrots. It had a nostalgic taste, like eating it in the school cafeteria. Garlic rice is a crumbly pilaf-like rice. A plump hamburger Hamburg appears solo on the iron plate. Since it's solo, there are no garnishes. Served with demi-glace sauce. When you insert a knife, the meat juices will come out. I'm thankful that the iron plate was hot, but I was a little disappointed that the bottom of Hamburg was burnt and stiff. Since the cheese is on top, I can't turn it over.
