店内は、赤を基調としたシンプルでありつつアメリカンな雰囲気。
テーブル席に案内いただいた。
そしてスタッフから期間限定のコラボバーガーやお勧めメニューを丁寧に紹介いただいた。 お勧めいただいたバニラシェイクと(一番人気の)ロットバーガーを注文。 ソースは、BBQ,テリヤキ,レッドホットチリ,スイートチリの4種から選択可能。 今回はBBQを選択。
約3分後にバニラシェイク、その数分後にロットバーガー(BBQ)が到着。 他店だと比較的到着に時間がかかるイメージだったが、こちらのお店はとても早くて驚いた。
バニラシェイクは、バニラの味わいが全面に来てクリーミー。 ボリュームも多めで濃厚だが、後味は意外とスッキリしているので飲み進めてもくどくならない。
ロットバーガーは、見た目からもBIGサイズで日常的に食べているハンバーガーと比較すると3階建て(約3倍程)の高さ。 そしてポテト,オニオンリング,ピクルスも付いてくる。
勿論口の周りにソースが付いたとしても気にせず思いっきり頬張るのがグルメバーガーの醍醐味だと思っているので。 そのため、顎が外れる覚悟で大きな口で頬張る。
特にBBQソースの甘辛さとパティの肉肉しさ&黒胡椒由来のスパイシーさ,ベーコンの香ばしさ,エッグの味わいが絶妙に合わさって至福の時間。
パイナップルも入っているので甘味の要素も含まれている。 不思議なことにパティとバンズとの相性が特にとても良く感じた。 全体的に見てもこの甘味と旨味が良いアクセントになっている。
レタスがミルフィーユ状に重なって入っているため、シャキシャキ食感を一段と感じる。
トマトの酸味も特に後半から心地良く感じる。
オニオンリングは、ザクザク食感で美味しい。
ポテトは、やや太めでカリカリ。 卓上にはケチャップとマスタードがあるが、マスタードの方が個人的に好みに感じた。
最後は残ったBBQソースにポテトをつけて完食。
iDにて決済後退店。
各具材の酸味,塩味,甘味,旨味全てが完璧なバランスで構成されていて、尚且つお互いの長所を高め合っている絶品ハンバーガーをいただけた。
ボリュームも、ハンバーガーとシェイク共に多めなのでお腹も満足。
そしてスタッフの方々も気さくで丁寧に対応いただいたので、とても良い時間を過ごすことが出来た。
