特製かつ丼は完成された味
初めて小春軒にお邪魔しました。有名店なんですが、人形町のどの辺にあるか分かっていませんでした。なんと 玉ひで の直ぐそば、人形町駅から玉ひでに向かい、通り過ぎて20mぐらい。
「かつ丼」は最近タレかつ丼をよく見かけます。もしかしたらタレかつ丼が進化したら小春軒のかつ丼になるのかもしれません。
完成された味を味わえた様に思います。
カツは、揚げ物の重さを全く感じずとても軽く頂けました。 小春軒は揚げ物が凄そうです。次回は盛合せに挑戦します。
ファミリーな雰囲気がとても心地よいお店でした。
場所も覚えたし、また今度。

平日 11:30に到着。店外の列２人目で１５分待って入店。
４人席に相席。斜め向かいに一人づつ座って、残り２席に人を詰め込む事が無く、ゆったり座れました。
海老フライ入り盛合せ と しじみ汁 を注文。
この盛り合せは海老フライ、白身魚のフライ、イカフライ、とんかつ、かき揚げ、ポテトサラダ、千切りキャベツ、ご飯の構成。
海老フライ以外は一口〜二口サイズです。
やはり小春軒さんの揚げ物は脂濃く無く、胃に負担なく頂けました。
量的には若い男性には物足りないかも知れません。２品目を注文するなら、締めにカツ丼をお薦めします。(笑)
