この日、夕方に人形町で降りました。特に用はなくただ何となくブラブラとしていて、無性にカツ丼が食べたくなって検索したところ、こちらのお店がヒットしたので初訪問しました。そういえば、前にも見たものの混雑してそうだなぁ～と回避した記憶
夕方の開店直後で先客一組、カウンターへ着席
小春軒特製カツ丼をオーダーしました。しばらくして着丼、他の口コミを見ていなかったので想像外のフォルム。目玉焼きとジャガイモ、ニンジン、ピーマンが乗っている、最近流行りの卵とじじゃないカツ丼。でも1912年創業のお店です
タレは少し濃い目になっていて、老舗らしい自然な味わい。野菜の食感いいですね。一口サイズで食べやすい食感のカツがいくつか入っています
面白い味でした。近所へ来たら再訪したいと思います。ごちそうさまでした
