人形町の洋食 小春軒。
カツ丼と、冬期は牡蠣バターが有名なお店です。
しばらく休業中でしたが再開。
ランチは営業中ですが夜は不定期だそうです。
席は空いていました。
・小春軒特製カツ丼（1,400円）
8分後出来上がり。
昔ながらの、ソースが漬けてあり柔らかくも噛むとサクッとする一口トンカツで美味しい！
目玉焼きの黄身と絡めるとまろやかになります。
ニンジンと玉ねぎ、ピーマンはシャキシャキです。
ご飯を半分でお願いしたらほんとに半分の量で助かります！
ソースととんかつの脂、黄身が合わさったご飯は最高！
シジミの味噌汁で肝臓を労り〆。
