こちら小春軒さんは創業は1912年。
山県有朋のお抱え料理人だった小島種三郎さんが、同家の女中頭だった春さんと結婚し、二人の名前を店名にして開いたお店らしいです。
頂いたのはカキバター焼きライスにしじみ汁を。
牡蠣は6個と十分なボリューム。
お味もしっかりついているのでそのままで十分頂けます。
欲を言えば絶妙なソースが掛かっていれば申し分ないのですが、「カキバター焼き」ですからね。
後で気づいたのですが、こちらのかつ丼は一口かつの上に目玉焼きが乗り、さらにその上にデミグラスソースが隠し味で入った割り下で煮込まれた野菜がトッピングされるとのこと。
初代が考案したそうですが、これは気になるなぁ～笑
