【お店の場所】
東京メトロ日比谷線 人形町駅 A2出口 徒歩約1分。
【訪問日時】
休日(土曜) 11:00頃。
【混み具合】
開店と同時なので混んでおらず、すぐ入れましたが
11:20頃には満席。早めにくるが正かと。
【注文内容】
◯ 特製盛合せ (¥1,600)
◯ しじみ汁 (¥100)
【所感】
相席が結構多く(4人席に2人、2人のパターン)、
そこはウェルカムとは言えないですが、
お店の利益を考えると仕方無し。
首記の通り、創業者は長州藩 山縣有朋のお抱え
料理人だったようで、創業して何年だろうか…
結構年季が入っているというかレトロな雰囲気。
カツ丼が人気な此方のお店ですが、
本日は特製盛り合わせを選択。
カツにホタテ、海老フライ、カジキマグロなど
様々な種類のフライが計5種類。
どれもサックサクで身も厚く、ジューシー感も
味わえました。
汁物がつかない為、追加でしじみ汁を頂きましたが
それもとても美味しく、旨みたっぷりの出汁は
家庭ではなかなか出せないかと。
本日はご馳走様でした。
