お店につくと「今日は11:30-」と張り紙がある
過去Reviewを見ると同じように「11:15-」というパターンなどもあるよう
待つのは慣れているので、そのまま30分待つ

カキバター焼きと小春軒特製カツ丼しじみ汁付を注文
お店の方が、「カキバター焼きはライス抜きがいいですよね？」と提案してくれたので、
その提案を受け入れる
ライス抜きはメニューに表記ないが100円引きになる

牡蠣はかなり大きめ
ぱりっとした焼き加減がよい
11:45 小春軒特製カツ丼の提供
このお店は、この卵でとじていないかつ丼が有名
玉ねぎ、人参、じゃがいも、かつ、目玉焼き
カツはよくある、大きな1枚のものではなく、一口サイズのものが6枚入っていた
店内はカウンターとテーブルがあり、
テーブルではどんどん相席(4人がけに1人 x 2)をするので、開店は早いよう
それほど待たないで、この牡蠣バター焼きが食べられるのはありがたい
牡蠣は10月-3月まで
