2001年オープンのフレンチレストラン。
ランチで訪問。客は数組。
この店のスペシャリテをコースでオーダー。
前菜は「トマト、アボカド、ズワイガニのカクテル仕立て」。
ズワイガニがたっぷり入り、期待以上に美味しくレベルが高い。
メインは「山形豚のポアレ、シャルキュティエールソース」
シャルキュティエールソースとは昔からあるフランス料理の伝統的なソースで、白ワイン、玉ねぎ、ピクルス、マスタードなどを使っているソース。ソースと合わせた豚肉の脂が甘くて美味しい。
デザートは「クレームブリュレ」。若干表面の飴部分が甘過ぎる感じもするが、全体的に美味。
セットのコーヒーと食べると余計に美味しいさが増す。
このランチならばコストパーと言い、マダムの接客の良さと言い、もっと客が入ってもおかしくない。水天宮でフレンチ…というイメージが薄いのか…。
主婦、OL、女性同士のランチには向いていると思う。
僕自身、夜にまた来てみたいと思う。
