今半直営惣菜店 |
東京メトロ日比谷線・人形町駅から徒歩3分の場所にある、明治28年創業のすき焼き専門店「人形町今半」の惣菜専門店を訪れました。このお店はテイクアウトのみのお店で、イートインはできません。お弁当コーナーと揚げ物のコーナーに分かれており、様々な美味しい料理が並んでいます。
こちらの『人形町今半』は、日本橋人形町に位置し、東京を代表するすき焼きの名店として知られています。明治28年に浅草の本所吾妻橋で牛鍋屋として創業し、その歴史と伝統が受け継がれています。お店の一階には「精肉屋本店」があり、二階は高級すき焼き店となっています。そして、真向かいの建物には『今半惣菜本店』があります。『今半 惣菜本店』では、牛肉弁当や揚げたてのコロッケやメンチカツなどが販売されています。
今回は、揚げたての唐揚げとたけのこの旨煮を購入しました。唐揚げは外はサクサクで中はジューシーで、絶妙な塩加減が口の中に広がります。たけのこの旨煮は、しっかりとした味付けで柔らかく煮込まれており、食べ応えがあります。どちらも素材の旨みが存分に引き出されており、本格的な味わいに満足しました。
『人形町今半』の惣菜本店は、手軽に本格的な日本料理を楽しめるお店であり、今回の食事でその魅力を改めて実感しました。このような名店の味を自宅でも気軽に楽しめるのは嬉しい限りです。また、次回は他のメニューも試してみたいと思います。
